PROFESSIONAL RC PHOTOGRAPHER

My name is Paul Click, and I own ClickStop Photography. I have driven by your flying site at Santa Fe Dam many times, and I notice that there is quite a bit of activity, particularly on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I have also looked at your website and newsletter, and I have noticed that the photos there are snapshots of events, for the most part. I would like to offer you my services to make quality, professional images of your members and their aircraft, at very reasonable prices.

I have in mind something like this: I will meet the group bright and early at your site on a Tuesday or Thursday morning of your choosing. I will take photographs of your members and/or their aircraft, as they desire. I can do shots on the ground or in the air. For each member desiring the photographs, I will charge $25.00 for taking the images and returning one 8x10 inch print, and four 4x6 inch prints. I guarantee that the images will be of high technical and artistic quality, and to the member's liking, or I'll take them again. The images that I take will be posted on my website, and the member may then call or email me to choose which image he/she desires to have me print (one image only for this price). I will return the prints at an agreed upon time and date. All the images that I take will be on the website, and any further images that the member may want printed in the future may be ordered through the website.

For my services, I would require payment on the day that I take the images. For everyone's convenience, I would also request that we schedule as many participating members as possible on the same morning. If there are at least four members that want a particular Tuesday or Thursday morning, I will meet them to take the photographs.

I think this would be a valuable service to your members, and it would be an interesting project for me, as I do all types of photography, from leading African Safaris to portraits and weddings. This is a VERY reasonable price, and most certainly would have to go up in the future, but I will offer this price through the end of the year. As I said, I will guarantee the quality of my work.

If you would like, I could make a presentation at your next monthly meeting on November 12th. I have an appointment on that date prior to 7:30pm, but I could probably be there by 7:45 or so. Let me know if you think that would be advisable.
